A new manager arrived at a name brand American clothing manufacturer in the southeast with a mandate to reduce expense.  Our audit of Verizon and Cingular billing identified $500,000 in  near-immediate annual savings.  In the second round of the audit, we identified another potential half million in international roaming, a major money drain. As of January, 2009, this recognizable brand is still saving money.

Case #2

A shipping company in the Midwest suffered exorbitant Nextel charges. We corrected the situation an adjusted plans and usage to save them $250,000 a year in expense.
